Location / Division

The position is located on-site in Richardson Texas.

Job Responsibilities :

• Communicates company goals safety practices and production deadlines to the team.
• Motivates team members through recognition and development.
• Assesses team performance weekly and provides feedback if necessary.
• Works with management on continuous improvement including projects etc.
• Communicates with management regularly including status updates blocking issues etc.
• Supports the team responsible for manufacturing repair and supply of spare parts to the service organization / field.
• Manages training plans throughout manufacturing.
• Reports directly to the manufacturing manager.
