What your future day will look like :

Lead Risk & Safety Programs : Develop and manage company-wide risk policies, insurance coverage, and safety compliance—including OSHA coordination.

Manage Claims & Compliance : Oversee liability, property, and workers’ comp claims, ensuring fair resolutions and strong regulatory relationships.

Control Budgets & Reporting : Handle financial planning for the Risk Fund, approve spending, and deliver clear reports to leadership.

Champion Accessibility : Ensure ADA compliance across all sites and programs, working with teams and community partners to resolve issues.

To be a champion in this role, you will need :

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of 5 years experience deeply immersed in risk management (environmental safety and facility management) with insurance claims.

ADA Coordinator (ADAC).

Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
