What You'll Do
As the Junior Play Coordinator, your time will be spent facilitating the administrative duties related to the various components of the Junior Tennis Pathway.
What You'll Need
You will need to have exceptional organizational skills to keep up with the hundreds of Junior Pathway programs happening around the state. We do require that all of our team members complete the United States Olympic Committee's Safe Sport Training within 45 days of hiring.

The starting salary range for this position is $41-43K depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, the position includes a comprehensive, competitive benefit package. Additional Information For You
This position operates in an office setting, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. At times, this position requires work offsite including at trainings, meetings, tennis tournaments and other special events. Weekend and holiday work is required from time to time.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is required to stand and walk frequently. The employee must be able to lift up to 10-20 pounds occasionally.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time nonexempt position. Typical days and core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM, but hours outside of the typical days and core business hours are required, including weekend work due to tournaments, meetings, and special events.
Travel
The position requires travel including but not limited to meetings, events and workshops within the State of North Carolina as well as occasional out-of-state travel including nights and weekends.

Salary Range
