The Uftring Auto Group is hiring for our award-winning service team!

We have a thorough but FAST hiring process!

The Subaru Express Service Advisor will greet and consult with customers regarding applicable vehicle maintenance needs. They are the link between the customer and the service department, insuring that the customer’s needs are met and that the work is done correctly.

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND BEGINS AT $18.00 AN HOUR PLUS BONUSES.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining it to the manufacturer’s standards.
• Schedule and assist walk-in appointments for team efficiency.
• Ensure that all documentation is accounted for.
• Progress check and upselling of additional services / products if warranted.
• Responsible for quality control to ensure the work is completed as requested.
