Illinois Licensed Division Broking Leader

A company is looking for a Division Broking Leader - Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead placement strategy to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and prospective clients

Drive a competitive coverage placement process and maintain relationships with underwriting managers and business development managers

Manage business models in accordance with corporate KPIs and lead a team of placement professionals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum 10 years of industry experience in risk management and insurance brokerage or related fields

At least 5 years in a leadership role with responsibilities for goal setting and performance reviews

Comprehensive understanding of national insurance broker's sales, service, and broking platforms

4-year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional designation

Preferred insurance designations such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM
