Our client is a Private Equity Fund looking to hire a Controller to handle the oversight of their middle-market PE Funds from end-to-end. This firm is a leader in the space, and will give you the opportunity to partner with other functional teams across the firm including the front office / deal team, valuations, investor relations, and work closely with C suite executives.

Position Summary :

• Responsible for quarterly & annual Financial Statements for multiple Private Equity funds, inclusive of year-end audit
• Perform & oversee the quarterly valuation processes for Level III investments
• Perform and provide investment performance analytics & work in tandem with Investor Relations
• Involvement with fundraising and deal closings
• Calculate fund’s capital calls and distributions in coordination with the fund administrator
• Communicate with third party service providers including servicers, administrators, auditors, and tax consultants for financing process including quarterly covenant compliance, capital borrowing and settlements
• Perform complex waterfall calculations
• Provide coaching and supervision to Fund Accountants
