Job descriptionUnclog drains with plunger or drain snake. Locate and close isolation valves for emergencies. Install shelves, soap dispensers, and other fixtures. Perform simple woodworking repairs. Hang clocks, pictures bulletin boards, coat hooks, etc. Knowledge of computers, work order systems, and ability to read reports. Be able to communicate and respond to tenant requests as instructed. Complete assigned maintenance work orders in accordance to customer and management timelines and expectations. Ability to lift 50lbs, climb on ladders and work in confined spaces. Must have the ability to complete required safety classes that pertain to specific job duties. May perform other duties as assigned. Must be 18 years of age or older 1+ year of experience in related role Valid Driver's License Customer Service experience preferred

Job Summary Details :
The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Technician is to address tenant reactive / requested repairs and services and basic preventative maintenance work orders, while maintaining a safe environment for building occupants.
Pay : $16.00 / hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Electrical
- Walk facility and replace light bulbs and ceiling tiles as needed.
- Report light ballast issues to engineering.
- Troubleshoot appliances and other equipment.
