3+ years of team leadership experience with direct interaction with executive stakeholders

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and Tableau

Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or automotive industries preferred
