Oracle Cloud HCM Security Lead

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Security Lead to drive security configuration and governance.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and implementation of security configurations within Oracle Cloud HCM

Gather and interpret business requirements from product teams and translate them into Oracle security roles, duties, and privileges

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and SailPoint IAM integration teams to support security design aligned with the Redwood UI rollout

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud security administration, particularly in Learning or Recruiting modules

Strong background in developing data security policies and configuring job / duty roles

Technofunctional expertise with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution

Experience working independently and translating business language into security configurations

Hands-on experience with Oracle security setup beyond managing user access
