EOS Driver Benefits :

Average Miles 2,500-3,000 miles per week
No-touch freight, mostly drop and hook
2 weeks out, 2 days home minimum

Each additional week out is an additional day home

OTR Company Drivers :

Dry Van Average $65,000-$80,000 per year

Top Dry Van Drivers earn up to $85,000 per year

Reefer Average $70,000-$90,000 per year

Top Reefer Drivers earn up to $95,000 per year

EOS pays $20,000 life insurance

1-week paid vacation after 1 year

OTR Walk Away Lease :

Top drivers can earn up to $130,000 per year

Lease Purchase Pay : 73% of total revenue

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL

At least 9 months of OTR and / or regional experience in the last 12 months

At least 1 year of OTR and / or regional experience in the last 3 years

No more than 7 jobs in the past 3 years

No major accidents or citations
