Manager, Client Partnerships & Growth
The Manager, Client Partnerships & Growth is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving a client's J-1 host company sales team. This role leads Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Managers with a focus on acquiring new host companies, expanding existing partnerships, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. While this role does not carry an individual sales quota, it is accountable for team performance, growth strategy execution, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand host company partnerships within the J-1 Intern and Trainee program.
- Guide Business Development Managers in structuring deals, managing pipelines, and expanding client relationships.
- Oversee new business acquisition and account retention strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team metrics to identify coaching and process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
- Create and implement training programs, sales playbooks, and CRM best practices.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience that drives satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Partner with operations to align host company expectations with program compliance and capabilities.
- Oversee office operations, vendor relationships, onboarding / offboarding, payroll, and calendar coordination.
- Support internal culture initiatives, recruitment, and team events.
- Manage financial and compliance oversight, including billing, contracts, and KPI reporting.
