Talent Acquisition Specialist

Arena Technical Resources (ATR) is a fast-growing GovCon and Commercial staffing firm supporting customers across Technology, Engineering, Construction, and Professional Services. We are expanding our internal Talent Acquisition team and seeking a high-activity, results-driven Recruiter who thrives in a performance-focused, pipeline-building environment. This individual will leverage ATR's full recruiting tech stack—including Oorwin (ATS / CRM), LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Monster.com, CareerBuilder, ClearanceJobs, and several other premium tools to proactively source, engage, and hire top-tier talent.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• Develops innovative sourcing strategies for talented and diverse candidates using both established (internal processes) and creative methods (job postings, internal database, Oorwin ATS / CRM, employee referrals, online job boards, data mining, social media, career fairs, etc.).
• Manages internal sourcing resources and look for ways to make them more effective and successful. ATR has an internal sourcing team that support our recruiters in sourcing and messaging prospective candidates.
• Demonstrates proficiency in research, market mapping, and candidate generation using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo TalentOS, Monster.com, CareerBuilder, ClearanceJobs, and additional searchable databases.
• Proactively builds and maintains a strong pipeline of active and passive talent through continuous outreach, high-volume activity, and long-term relationship management.
• Evaluates sourcing channels for ROI and identifies new, high-yield recruiting avenues to increase funnel activity and placement speed.
