Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

10+ years of experience in fintech, marketplace, insurance, or consumer lending roles

Demonstrated experience in P&L management, including revenue forecasting and budgeting

Strong leadership experience in high-growth environments, influencing cross-functional teams

Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with experience using BI tools
