Job description

A company is looking for a Vice President, Consultant Relations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen relationships with senior leaders across top-tier consulting firms

Partner with Sales to drive revenue growth and improve win rates with designated consulting firms

Incorporate consultant insights into market strategies and product positioning

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in employer health care benefits, ideally in health and benefits consulting

Established relationships with top consulting and brokerage firms

Demonstrated success in consultative sales and business development roles

3-5 years of experience as a health and benefits consultant within a top consulting or brokerage firm (preferred)

Strong analytical skills and knowledge of health care disruptors serving self-funded employers (preferred)
