Administrative Assistant - Part-Time

Duties of this position include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our companys general administrative activities. This is a part-time position. Monday- Friday 5-6 hours per day. Hours would need to be during daytime business hours but flexible on start and end time.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls and emails and monitor customer service inquiries.
• Collect and file job tickets and sample retains
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and documents.
• Collate and prepare job jackets and office copies.
• Upload documents to share files.
• Assist with document validations.
