Job descriptionSupporting individuals in achieving personal goals and building community connections Assisting with ADLs, medication administration, and meal preparation Implementing behavior support plans and crisis intervention techniques Documenting services and maintaining compliance with regulations Collaborating with clinical and support teams to ensure high-quality care High School Diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of experience in the human services field or related area Must be at least 18 years of age Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Willingness to assist with ADLs, including personal hygiene and mobility Basic computer proficiency Must be able to meet physical demands of the role (e.g., lifting, standing, assisting individuals) Certifications (e.g., SCIP-R, AMAP, CPR) must be obtained within 1 year of hire
