Job Summary The Global Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for matching talented individuals with career opportunities, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and developing a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities :
Managing Open Positions : Actively manage job openings, connecting qualified candidates with opportunities and ensuring their onboarding process is seamless.
Coordinating Onboarding Processes : Expertly guide new hires through background checks, site orientations, and other essential steps to make their first day successful.
Developing Talent Pools : Proactively source and engage potential talent through various channels to meet current and future hiring needs, maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
Tracking Performance and Feedback : Monitor job fulfillment, address start issues, and communicate important market insights to the sales team to ensure we meet client and talent needs.
Requirements :
A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition fundamentals.
Success in delivering results to established metrics.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Demonstrated accuracy in handling distinct processes.
Proven ability to deliver high-volume talent under urgent deadlines.
Prior experience utilizing ATS platforms.
