About The Position

Location : Pennsylvania

Hospital Size : Trauma Level II

Employment Type : Full-Time or Part-Time

About the Opportunity :

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Interventional Radiologists to join our growing team. This dynamic role offers a diverse case mix and the opportunity to provide advanced interventional procedures in a supportive environment with state-of-the-art technology.

Opportunity Highlights :

  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Call : 1–2 weeknights per month, 5 PM – 8 AM (No weekends required)
  • Minimum Availability Required : One full week per month (Mon–Fri)
  • Privileges : Full and Temporary Available (60-day credentialing process)

Scope of Work :

  • Procedures in IR, CT, and Ultrasound
  • No general radiology reads – All readings handled by contracted radiology group

    • Typical Procedures Include :

  • Biopsies (Lung, Liver, Thyroid, Bone Marrow, Renal)
  • Drainage (Abscess, Biliary, Nephrostomy)
  • Embolizations (Chemo, Uterine Fibroid, Pelvic)
  • TIPS, Kyphoplasty / Vertebroplasty, Venous / Arterial Interventions
  • Line placements : PICC, Ports, Tunneled lines
  • Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Lumbar Puncture, IVC Filter

    • Requirements :

  • Board Certification : Required (MD or DO)
  • Licensure : Active Pennsylvania Medical License + DEA + CSR
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year post-training
  • DEA & CSR : Required
