Job descriptionSalary Range : $135,000 - $150,000 per year plus bonus potential and shift pay. May be sign on bonus or relocation assistance eligible Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures. Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model. Provide evidence-based medical care. Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician. Physician Assistant Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner : Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care. Experience seeing patients of all ages. Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer. Eligible to participate in the Medicare program. Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits 401K with 4% employer match May be Sign on Bonus or Relocation Assistance Eligible Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave, Paid Sabbatical State License, DEA, BLS and one professional organization of your choice (AANP or AAPA) Reimbursement, $2,500 annual CME Allowance + 1 week off for CME, UpToDate Membership and Medical Malpractice Insurance Scrubs Salary Range : $135,000 - $150,000 per year plus bonus potential and shift pay. Salary is based on a 34 hour work week. All benefits dependent on role and eligibility Standing for long periods of time Vaccinated against Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), TD / TDAP, and COVID-19 Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator. Must wear a mask as needed.

SCHEDULE
- Work 34 hours per week. Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday.
- No admin days and no on call time.
