Job description

ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team!

SCHEDULE

Work 34 hours per week. Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday.
No admin days and no on call time.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range : $135,000 - $150,000 per year plus bonus potential and shift pay.

May be sign on bonus or relocation assistance eligible

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.

Provide evidence-based medical care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Physician Assistant Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner : Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner

Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.

Experience seeing patients of all ages.

Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.

Salary Range : $135,000 - $150,000 per year plus bonus potential and shift pay. Salary is based on a 34 hour work week.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Standing for long periods of time

Vaccinated against Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), TD / TDAP, and COVID-19

Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.

Must wear a mask as needed.
