We are looking for an enthusiasti c and collaborative Kitchen Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A . This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about food safety, operational excellence, and building great teams. You’ll work directly with the existing back of house leaders and oversee a fast-paced kitchen focused on producing hot, fresh, and safe food in a clean environment. This role requires strong decision-making, the ability to create systems that support growth, and the leadership skills to bring clarity and calm in high-pressure situations. You’ll have the authority and autonomy to own the kitchen while being backed by a leadership team that is transparent, supportive, and invested in your long-term success.
Your Impact
Oversee all daily operations in the Back of House and lead a team of 30+ team members and 3-5 coordinatorsMaintain and champion food safety proceduresCollaborate with senior leadership and fellow Directors to set and execute weekly, monthly, and yearly goalsBuild a high-performance team through coaching, goal setting, and accountabilityLead with a proactive and self-directed approach and lead others to do the samePromote a culture of care, safety, and excellence every day in the kitchenBackground Profile
