Draslokva Mining Solutions is seeking a Tar & Planning Lead to join our growing Operations team. This position will report directly to the Plant Manager in our Memphis, TN location.

• Develop and implement effective maintenance planning strategies, schedules, and procedures.
• Manage and lead a team of maintenance planners and schedulers.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to plan maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Maintain the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze maintenance data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of equipment failure, and improvement opportunities.

Assist in developing the overall TAR scope, timelines, milestones, and critical path schedule.

Maintain and update the master turnaround schedule in project management tools (Primavera P6).

Track long lead items and critical spares; coordinate with procurement to ensure on-site delivery prior to start of shutdown.

Facilitate contractor pre-qualification, scope review, and safety orientations.

Support turnaround budget development and track actual vs. budgeted costs (labor, materials, rentals).

Ensure all TAR activities comply with corporate safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Generate daily / weekly turnaround progress reports and lessons learned summaries.
