Position Summary

The Director of Clinical Services is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and effective mental health services. This individual will provide clinical leadership and supervision to our team of licensed clinicians and support staff, develop and implement program goals, and ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional with strong leadership skills, a deep commitment to client care, and experience managing multidisciplinary behavioral health teams.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Oversight

Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical supervision to therapists, counselors, and other clinical staff.

Oversee the quality and effectiveness of all clinical programs and services.

Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with state and federal regulations.

Ensure compliance with professional licensing requirements, HIPAA, and ethical standards.

Program Development & Operations

Collaborate with executive leadership to design and expand programs that meet community needs.

Monitor caseloads, productivity, and service delivery outcomes.

Utilize data and feedback to assess clinical performance and client satisfaction.

Support onboarding, training, and professional development for clinical staff.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to all quality standards.

Conduct chart audits, staff evaluations, and performance reviews.

Oversee risk management, incident reporting, and corrective action processes as needed.

Coordinate with HR and compliance teams regarding credentialing, licensure, and audits.

Collaboration & Representation

Serve as the primary liaison between clinical staff and executive management.

Represent Clearpath Counseling and Consulting, LLC in professional and community settings.

Promote a culture of integrity, empathy, and teamwork across the organization.

Qualifications

Required :

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.

Current and active clinical license in [State] (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, PhD).

Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of behavioral health regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical clinical practice.

Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred :

Experience managing a multi-site or multidisciplinary behavioral health program.

Familiarity with EHR systems, data-driven outcomes, and clinical performance metrics.

Proven ability to mentor, coach, and inspire clinical teams.
