Commercial / Agricultural Lender

A well-established, community-focused financial institution is seeking an experienced Commercial / Agricultural Lender to lead the next chapter of its growth in Southern Illinois. Qualifications 712 years of commercial and / or agricultural lending experience in a community or regional bank Proven success managing portfolios of $10MM$25MM+ Strong understanding of C&I, CRE, and ag operating or equipment loans Skilled in financial analysis, credit underwriting, and client relationship management Familiarity with SBA, USDA, and FSA programs preferred Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Active involvement in local business and community organizations
