Role Description

We're looking for a bi-lingual, hands-on, solutions-focused Plant Manager at our FDA / SQF regulated food manufacturing site where you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our production operations. This includes managing capital improvements and optimization, ensuring high standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness, optimizing process flows, and ensuring efficient operation aligned with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Production Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure compliance with FDA, SQF, and cGMP standards.
• Monitor product quality, yield, and throughput to meet performance goals.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize process efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure all employees follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
• Support training and development of bilingual production staff.
• Collaborate with QA and R&D to maintain product specifications and quality documentation.
• Track production metrics and report performance to the COO.
