What You’ll Do

Estimating & Bidding

Prepare accurate takeoffs and detailed estimates using On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid

Review blueprints and specifications to develop complete bid packages

Calculate costs for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead

Work with internal teams to align estimates with client goals and project timelines

Project Support

Partner with Project Managers to transition awarded bids into active projects

Participate in preconstruction meetings and provide cost planning support

Assist with value engineering and project phasing strategies

Collaboration & Communication

Coordinate with clients, general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors

Maintain accurate documentation for bids, revisions, and awarded jobs

Represent the company with professionalism and integrity throughout the pre-award process

What You’ll Bring

2–3+ years of drywall estimating experience

Proficiency with OST, QuickBid , and Microsoft Office

Knowledge of structural framing and exterior systems

Experience with large commercial projects such as hospitals, casinos, hotels, and schools

Typical project size : $1M–$20M
