The Opportunity
JMW is expanding our team of Delivery Leaders.
Note : This is not an IT / technology position.
We Seek High-Impact Delivery Leaders with :
8–12 years of relevant experience in transformation or organizational changeExpertise in large-scale organizational change and performance improvementProven track record in delivering complex transformation engagementsStrong program leadership and facilitation skillsA minimum of a four-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (required); an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plusIdeal Candidate Profile
Experience leading enterprise-wide transformationsBackground working with Fortune 500 organizationsCapital project consulting experienceExecutive coaching and advisory experienceKey Responsibilities
Lead high-impact transformation programsFacilitate executive alignment sessions (25+ participants)Manage $1M+ engagement portfoliosBridge strategy and execution for maximum impactCore Requirements
Bachelor's degree (four-year) from an accredited university required; Master's or MBA preferredExceptional business and financial acumenManagement consulting background (industry focus preferred)Ability to navigate complex global organizationsEstablished C-suite credibility and executive presenceProgram management expertise and experience delivering large-scale initiativesHistory of long-term client relationships and strategic partnershipsAbility to drive cultural and behavioral change in large organizationsEntrepreneurial yet collaborative approach to consultingProven large-group facilitation abilitiesCommitment to continuous learning and client successOutstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsWillingness to travel 50%+Why JMW?
