Job description

Pediatrics physician job in New York : Seeking a BE / BC Pediatrician to join a large, well-established multi-specialty group in Central New York within a short drive to New York City and Boston. This full-time outpatient position offers office hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with the option of a four 10-hour day workweek. After-hours call is 1 : 6 on weeknights and weekends, providing backup to in-hospital APCs. Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000, and a No Earnings Cap Incentive Plan! Visa Candidates Welcome

Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000.  Option of a four 10-hour day workweek.  Base Salary Range $260-$300K.  An incentive plan with no earnings cap..  Performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside within the first year.  A progressive academic health system in Central New York, and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University.  Option to participate in our award-winning School-based Health Program.  Excellent sub-specialty access, and convenient e-consults option.  The pediatric inpatient service and Birthing Center are staffed by APCs 24 / 7 / 365 along with a daytime Hospitalist..  Hospital Employee, Outpatient with call.  Community is located a short drive to New York City and Boston, Massachusetts..  Telephone Consultation with 1 : 6 Call Ratio.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME time and money available.  Retirement plan provided.  EPIC in use for EMR.
