Inventory Specialist

As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of materials and orders, performing physical inventory counts, and addressing discrepancies. You will also be responsible for advising supervisors on daily cycle count issues and handling materials using various equipment.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain records of materials and orders, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Perform physical inventory counts and monitor discrepancies.
• Advise supervisors on daily cycle count issues.
• Operate forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to transport shipments from the stockroom to production areas.
• Sort, count, and verify materials to maintain accurate records.

Work Environment :

This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, including time spent in a steel yard. The position requires operating forklifts and other equipment in a production and warehouse setting.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
