About the Role

The Company is in search of a President / COO to take on the pivotal role of the enterprise integrator, with a focus on driving day-to-day performance across various key functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and integrating sales, operations, and commercial operations, and will work closely with the CEO, CMO, and CFO to ensure the translation of strategy into effective execution. This role demands a leader who can scale the organization, strengthen distributor performance, and is adept at building and leading multi-layered teams. The President / COO will also be tasked with owning the operating rhythm, from S&OP to market-level execution, and must be a data-driven decision-maker with a strong financial acumen.

Applicants for the President / COO position at the company should have a minimum of 20 years' of experience, with a significant background in the beer, beverage, or alcohol industry, particularly in a multi-market scale. The role requires an enterprise operator with a proven track record in both sales and operations, and a deep understanding of national chain management and expert distributor management. The ideal candidate will be a high-EQ culture builder, with a founder-friendly approach, and a leader known for raising the talent bar. An integrator mindset, operator's cadence, and an owner mentality are essential leadership qualities for this position. The President / COO will also be expected to have a strong focus on building scalable processes, recruiting, coaching, and managing a high-accountability culture.
