OR Wednesday–Saturday, 10-hour day shifts

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Weekend Requirement : 8–10 hours (as scheduled)

Unit Information : Beds Covered : 33

Patient Load : 8–20 patients per case manager

Staffing : 2 RN case managers on weekdays, 1 on weekends

EHR Systems : Medhost, CarePort, MCG, EDIS

Patient Population : Adult, geriatric, pediatric, OB, nursery, psychiatric, homeless

Requirements : Certifications : BLS

Experience : Minimum 1 year Case Management experience

Education : RN license, Nursing degree

Preferred Experience :

Utilization Review and Case Management
