• Competitive Salaries with Bonuses We offer total compensation ranging from $98,000 - $120,000.
• Continuous Clinical Development We offer $1,500 in CEU reimbursement so you can pursue your personalized growth goals + 2 PAID CEU days / year.

• Work / Life Balance We offer 4 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) + 8 paid holidays and up to 24 work-from-home days / year.
• A reduced Caseload Clinical Directors have a lot they are responsible for as the head of the clinic. A reduced caseload of just 2-3 comprehensive patients gives them the time to do that.
