Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive with a strong background in commercial print and signage solutions, including both digital and offset printing. While experience with point-of-purchase signage is preferred, particularly work that targets convenience stores, hotels, and real estate companies, the company is also open to candidates with other commercial print experience that aligns with their production capabilities.
This is a newly created position focused on new business development. The sales territory is primarily in the New England area, though the company can support out-of-state clients if your existing client base extends beyond the region.
This role reports directly to the CEO and emphasizes generating new business through existing client relationships, proactive prospecting, and self-driven lead generation. Its an ideal opportunity for professionals whose current company may be falling short on quality, service, or delivery, or for established print brokers who want to focus on sales without operational burdens. The base salary ranges from $90,000 to $130,000, plus commissions.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY
Head Office : Pembroke, MA
Work Environment : Hybrid 1 day / week in the office
Sales Territory : Primarily New England, with clients across the United States
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, approximately 45 hours / week

This role requires 100% self-generated leads. You will be responsible for leveraging existing client relationships and building new ones through proactive prospecting and outbound business development efforts.
OVERNIGHT TRAVEL
Some overnight travel may be required to meet with clients, attend industry events, or support key account development. Travel is based on business needs and will primarily support relationship building and sales growth efforts across your territory.
SUPPORT & TRAINING
For out-of-state hires, the first week of onboarding will take place in person at the Pembroke, MA, office to support orientation and integration with the team.
