IT Field Service Technician

Location :  Albuquerque, NM 87107

Pay Rate :  $20.00 / HR W2, plus travel expenses

Hours :  Full time, M-F, 9am-6pm, On-call rotation

Duration :  Contract-to-Hire

Description :

The Field Tech will travel around to Compucom client sites in the greater Miami area and perform routine maintenance and repairs on all IT equipment.

• Hardware Break Fix work
• Must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)
• Technician will travel to each location on route
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
• Works under general supervision
