Hourly Rate : $18.74

About the Role :

GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation team in Clovis, NM . In this per-diem role, you’ll help support patients' daily care and recovery through compassionate, hands-on service during overnight 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist patients with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility)
  • Observe and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff
  • Support therapy and rehabilitation efforts
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient areas
  • Document care accurately in the electronic health record system
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver person-centered care

    Qualifications :

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent
  • Licensure : Active New Mexico CNA license and BLS certification
  • Experience : Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
  • Technical Skills : Proficient in ADLs, monitoring vital signs, EHR documentation, and infection control
  • Soft Skills : Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
