Freight Carrier Liaison

Responsible for ensuring all freight carrier requests from Azelis-paid orders flow through TMS provider.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Develop positive relationship and act as liaison between Customer Service, Commercial Sales, Inventory Management, Distribution, and TMS Provider.
• Manage inbound shipping for collect shipments
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Inventory Managers, and Sales on training or assistance with TMS portal.
• Assist Customer Care Analyst / Customer Service with RGA entry into TMS
• Act as point-of-contact for Unlocking / Resetting workorders
• Creation of stock transfers for cross dock of hazardous material
• Assist TMS Provider's Track & Trace Team with tracking pick up and / or delivery status of orders.
• Manage Entry of invoices into TMS Portal for match & pay
• Act as primary back-up for 3PL Shipping Specialist
• Manage and release PA-HOLD orders

Education and Experience :

Mathematical Skills :

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability :

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills :

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Inventory software; Order processing systems; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
