The goal of the General Manager is to increase profits and ensure the store operates smoothly and is food safe. They oversee all areas within the store, helping Supervisors in those units deliver exceptional performance.

What you will be doing:

1. Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of the staff
2. Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
3. Managing the recruitment, hiring, and training processes
4. Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients
5. Working closely with the Area Director to improve efficiency and performance
6. Improving internal processes for better productivity
7. Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports
8. Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit
