Overview : We are hiring a Full-Time Behavioral Aide and Transportation Support professional to work with children in the DFCS system, providing safe transport and behavior management services.

Key Duties :

• Transport children safely to schools, therapy, and family visits.
• Provide emotional and behavioral support during transport and while attending appointments.
• Work with caseworkers to develop behavior intervention plans and implement strategies.
• Document and report on child behavior, progress, and any incidents during transport.
