Tax Credit Finance Associate or Counsel

Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking a senior-level tax credit finance associate or counsel with 7+ years of experience to join a firm in either Cincinnati, Cleveland or Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will be experienced in:

• Historic and market tax credits;
• Handling all facets of a tax credit transaction, from leading or assisting on initial structuring to reviewing financial projections and negotiating business and legal issues;
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various tax equity and loan documents and opinions and conducting necessary due diligence, as well as overall project management;
• Renewable energy tax credits is a plus.
