As a Plant Project Engineer, you'll drive capital projects that directly impact operations, safety, and product quality. You will deliver high-impact projects that improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability across a 1,400-person facility.
What you will do
Manage the planning and execution of capital projects according to established requirements. Develop proposals, schedules, cost control, risk mitigation, and commissioning for projects. Work with a multifunctional team to ensure manufacturing equipment is operating correctly. Identify, fund, and implement process improvements and capability changes.

Compensation and Benefits
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $93,800 - $134,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. We offer competitive health, dental, 401(k) and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
