Activities Director

We are seeking a full-time Activities Director in Novi, MI at Meadowbrook Commons who is goal-oriented and enjoys new challenges. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. This role is a mix of planning and leading activities for our residents, plus helping out with office duties. Every day is different, from organizing games and events to putting together flyers and calendars.

What we're looking for :

• Upbeat, creative, positive attitude and love working with seniors
• Team player who's dependable and flexible
• Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel, etc.)
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable using Canva to make flyers and activity schedules & who enjoys making our community a fun and happy place!

You Have :

Excellent customer service skills

Strong multi-tasking skills

Strong organization skills

Experience with resident retention

Computer skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
