Title : Credit and Collections Analyst

Location : Westminster, CO | Hybrid - onsite 3 days per week

Assignment Length : 6 months

Compensation : $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (W2)

Overview :

The Credit and Collections Analyst will manage credit and collection activities for assigned customer accounts receivable portfolios. This role involves interaction with both external and internal stakeholders to support sales growth, positively impact cash flow, minimize bad debt risk, and reduce days sales outstanding.

Responsibilities :

• End-to-end management of assigned accounts receivable portfolio, from account setup to cash collections
• Conduct collection activities including customer calls, sending statements, reminder notices, invoices, and processing payments
• Process credit applications and approve or recommend credit limits
• Review and approve sales orders on credit hold
• Perform accounts receivable reconciliations
• Manage customer disputes to achieve positive outcomes
• Process credit card transactions and monitor monthly auto-pay activity
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Log all customer interactions and collection activities in the collection software system
• Act as a customer advocate by coordinating between business units, the Order-to-Cash team, and customers
• Ensure smooth process flow while maintaining high levels of customer service
• Manage risk by driving mutually beneficial solutions
• Continuously improve productivity and efficiency through process improvements, time management, and change initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
