Operations and Strategy Lead

A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans for technical, product, and ecosystem priorities

Identify and recruit optimal candidates to scale the contributor base

Manage relationships with adopters, partners, stakeholders, and the community

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of and experience with libp2p and web3 projects

Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive independent work

Experience in cross-boundary collaboration with diverse stakeholders

Technical literacy with a curiosity to understand new concepts

Ability to balance ambitious goals with practical execution
