• Medical Procedures : Under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, they may perform tasks like changing bandages, inserting catheters, and assisting with wound care.
• Communication and Reporting : LPNs communicate with patients about their care, listen to their concerns, and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or doctor.
• Documentation : They maintain accurate patient records, documenting care provided and any relevant observations.
