Domestic Relocation Consultant

A company is looking for a Relocation Consultant I - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Administer relocation policies and coordinate all phases of relocation activities for domestic transferees

Maintain an assigned caseload while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and transferees

Ensure compliance with corporate policies and identify cross-selling opportunities to generate revenue

Required Qualifications

Bilingual in French and English

College degree or equivalent preferred

Customer service experience in a multi-task, call center environment

One plus year of experience in relocation, real estate, or a related field
