Cath Lab Technologist

A well-established hospital   located just outside of Cushing, Oklahoma,   is seeking a   Cath Lab Technologist   to join its radiology team. Join an exceptional team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care!

Cath Lab Technologist Opportunity :

  • Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
  • Schedule :   Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 : 30 PM
  • On-call every 2 weeks, must be able to report within 30 minutes
  • Call back : 1.5x hourly pay rate and $5.00 / hour Pager pay

Cath Lab Technologist Responsibilities :

  • Perform Echocardiograms using ultrasound equipment to create images of the heart's chambers, valves, and blood flows
  • Explain testing or procedural steps clearly to patients to ensure cooperation and alleviate anxiety
  • Assist physicians during procedures like cardiac catheterization, balloon angioplasty, and stent placements

    • Cath Lab Technologist Qualifications :

  • 1 year of previous experience in the Cardiac Cath Lab
  • Must have ARRT, RCIS, or RCES
  • BLS Certification required
