Job Description

One of Swoon's top clients in the food delivery space is looking for a Logistics and Facilities Associate to join their team!

DETAILS :

Location : Onsite - San Francisco office OR Oakland Office

Duration : 6 months to start, chance to extend

Rate : $41.30 / hour W2

• Note - Client is only open to candidates who are able to work W2 positions without sponsorship
• Note- candidates must have reliable vehicle and be able to drive to bay area offices

As the Facilities and Logistics Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact at their shop and play a critical role in keeping operations seamless.

You’ll manage shipping and receiving, maintain organization across the shop and entryway, and coordinate with the facilities team to support day-to-day needs. Whether it’s receiving deliveries, shipping materials between offices, assembling furniture, or arranging safe disposal of hazardous materials, you’ll make sure our workspace is efficient, safe, and ready for innovation.

Specifically, responsibilities include :

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with shipping / receiving or facilities operations.

Familiarity with safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials (batteries, solvents, etc.).

Hands-on skills for light assembly, organization, or shop support tasks. Experience coordinating with facilities management or operations teams.

Valid US drivers license and ability to drive from SF to other Bay Area offices
