Inova Epic Revenue Cycle is looking for a dedicated Sr. Epic Certified Technical Specialist - Campaigns to join the Team. This remote role will be full-time working Monday - Friday day shift.
The Sr. Epic Certified Technical Specialist - Campaigns maintains Epic applications and facilitates updates, new releases and system enhancements. Incorporates evidence-based informatics practices into Information Technology standards and protocols. Serves as technical expert in multiple application certifications with staff to ensure optimal outcomes. Guides and develops standards for technical practice in assigned application specialties. Consistently incorporates a multidisciplinary / cross functional approach to enhance technical outcomes for assigned applications.

Sr. Epic Certified Technical Specialist - Campaigns Job Responsibilities :
Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of new campaign requestsCoordinate across marketing, population health, quality, digital experience, and patient access teams to streamline workflowsDesign, configure, and build campaign workflows in Epic, including message delivery testing across channels (MyChart, SMS, email)Partner with SMEs, business owners, and governance groups to gather requirements and align on campaign designSupport reporting, testing, validation, and outcomes tracking throughout the campaign lifecycleMaintain documentation, standards, content updates, and campaign calendars in collaboration with Marketing and Digital ExperienceDrive continuous improvement, error resolution, and communication with operational leaders on campaign effectiveness and adoptionMinimum Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree and 2 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required; or HS Diploma / GED and 4 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience requiredExperience : 3 years of Epic build experienceCertification : Epic Cheers Campaigns, Cheers Call Management, and Cadence certificationsThis position is eligible for remote work for candidates residing in the following states - VA, MD, DC, DE, FL, GA, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV.
