To do that, we need a fearless, creative, and driven Business Development lead — someone who can take the reins, build our sales strategy from the ground up, and turn opportunity into explosive growth.

What You’ll Do

Take ownership of all business development efforts — strategy, outreach, and execution.

Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, builders, property managers, and developers.

Design and test scalable sales systems that can grow with the company.

Create innovative partnerships and creative outreach campaigns.

Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing, service offerings, and expansion goals.

As we grow, recruit and lead a high-performing sales team.

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in sales or business development — bonus if it’s in real estate, title, mortgage, media, or creative services.

A true self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Someone who loves autonomy, hates micromanagement, and thrives in open-ended challenges.

A creative problem-solver who can think outside the standard sales playbook.

A confident communicator who knows how to connect, persuade, and close.
