Shift : 8, 10H Days 4x10s or 5x8's-will be traveling to patients homes for therapy sessions-5 visits per 8 hr day. 40 hours per week. M-F- 5 cases per day on average- Chartin System - Netsmart (formerly Allscripts)- OR license required at time of submit- Other screening tips - we need someone who is a fast learner, self-starter, able to get up to speed quickly.
